The 31st Rwanda Liberatin Day

Liberation Day marks the end of a painful chapter in Rwanda's history and the beginning of a new era of unity, resilience and progress. It is a day to honour the sacrifices made, reflect on the journey from tragedy to triumph, and celebrate the spirirt of "never again."

Kenya joined Rwanda in marking the 31st Liberation Day, a solemn reminder of the country’s path from tragedy to triumph. The commemoration was hosted by the High Commission of the Republic of Rwanda in Kenya, with Dr. Caroline Karugu, PS, EAC Affairs, as Chief Guest at the event.

Kenya and Randa share deep histrorical ties and a strong partnership that continues to grow. The 9th Joint Permanent Commission saw us sign 10 MoUs across key sectors, and we remain committed to their full implementation.
