Cabinet Secretary Hon. Beatrice Askul Moe Arrives in Turkana Ahead of Presidential Visit

Accompanied by the Cabinet Secretary for Gender, Culture and Children Services, Hon. Hanna Wendot Cheptumo, Cabinet Secretary Hon. Beatrice Askul Moe arrived in Lodwar, Turkana County, ahead of the visit by H.E. President Dr. William Samoei Ruto.

The President is expected to grace the Turkana Cultural Festival at the Ekalees Centre, an event celebrating cultural heritage and community unity.

Upon arrival, Hon. Askul Moe was received by Turkana County Commissioner Mr. Julius Kavita, Principal Secretary for the State Department of East African Community Affairs Dr. Caroline Karugu, and area elected leaders.
