The Government is working with development partners to create shared value in Kenya's livestock sector by supporting sustainable practices and addressing potential negative impacts of livestock production.

This includes implementing initiatives focused on enhancing livelihoods in arid and semi-arid areas, particularly for young women, through the establishment of feed value chains and related businesses.
