Dr. Caroline Karugu joined fellow EAC leaders to flag off 12 cyclists from Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, DRC, and Burundi — riding across the region to promote peace, unity, love, and environmental care. The tour kicked off in Kampala and will conclude there, uniting East Africa under one powerful message.
